| In vitro study | Ji B- 04 causes transcriptional changes in a cancer-selective manner, including down-regulation of proliferative genes and up-regulation of anti-proliferative/pro-apoptotic genes. Ji B- 04 was able to block the proliferation of lung cancer, prostate cancer cell lines at IC50 levels as low as 10 nM, while producing less antiproliferative activity in HBECs and PrSCs/PrECs. |
